SHIPPING TIMELINES
- At Twice, we are committed to dispatching your peices with care and elegance. All orders are shipped in secure, quality packaging through trusted logistics partners.
- Standard shipping is free all over India.
- We do offer express shipping within India and is available in an additional cost of 199/- INR.
- Please note: Dispatches are processed on all working days, excluding Sundays and National or State holidays or in case of any special circumstances or company holidays.
- The order is usually shipped within 15-21 working days approx. from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. In cases where any other special requests are involved, dispatch will follow the timeline and details shared with you at the time of order placement.
- All international shipping charges are to be fully borne by the customer, including any applicable customs duties, import charges or taxes as per the destination country’s regulations.
- For efficiency and cost-saving, we sometime combine items from the same order into a single package. Please note that requesting individual packaging for each item may result in extra charges.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Once dispatched, your package is expected to arrive within:
– 3–7 working days approx. across India basis the location you are at.
– 5–20 working days approx. for international orders. - Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen factors beyond our control, such as weather, remote locations, or logistical delays. We will keep you informed in case of any unexpected holdups.
- We understand how eagerly you await your saree and deeply regret any inconvenience caused. Please know that such situations are beyond our control and occur occasionally due to logistic limitations in remote areas. We sincerely request your patience and support in these rare instances. Our team will promptly assist you in resolving such cases to the best of our ability. While we strive to ensure timely delivery across all locations, in rare cases, once the package reaches the nearest delivery hub, it may not proceed for delivery and instead be marked for return. This usually occurs when the final destination is considered too distant or unserviceable by the local courier team which we do not have control of but your patience can help us tackle the situation better and act faster in such rare cases.
